My Personal Experience

I hired and paid Tully Rinckey, PLLC over $20,000 to represent me in an EEOC administrative hearing against the Agency I worked for, and attorney Nora Cozzillio was supposed to represent me. Ms. Cozzillio submitted a reply to my Agency’s motion for summary judgment and the administrative judge ruled ...against Ms. Cozzillio resulting in my case being dismissed. After the EEOC hearing dismissal, I filed my case in Federal Court as a pro se litigant because I knew my case had merit. Federal Court litigation is generally considered much more difficult and challenging compared to EEOC hearings. In the Federal Court, the opposing attorney filed a complex motion for summary judgment to which I submitted a reply. The Federal Court judge ruled in my favor and against my Agency. In the end, my Agency settled with me for an amount that greatly exceeded the amount of money that I had paid Tully Rinckey, PLLC. Be careful about who you entrust your legal matters to.

Hire Nora!

Nora Ezzat Cozzillio provided employment services to me and she was professional and knowledgeable. She helped guide me along the way and I was satisfied with the end result. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a good employment attorney who will give you good service and not just tr...y and take you for all your money.

DO NOT HIRE – Failed to Do Her Job and Then Ghosted Me

I hired Nora Ezzat Cozzillio at Tully Rinckey PLLC for my employment case, and she did absolutely nothing. She forgot to send in my counteroffer, ignored my repeated requests for updates, and ghosted me completely when I asked for an explanation. It was clear she hoped I would just forget about it.... When I realized she wasn’t doing her job, I had to negotiate my own settlement—and I ended up getting more than what she had suggested. So not only was she unresponsive, but her legal strategy was weak at best. To make matters worse, she refused to refund my retainer, even though she failed to provide the service I paid for. The entire firm also ghosted me, refusing to acknowledge their lack of professionalism. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration—do NOT hire Nora Ezzat Cozzillio or Tully Rinckey PLLC. They are untrustworthy, unresponsive, and will leave you to fend for yourself.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
