Review of Lynne Bernabei, Esq.

I contacted Ms. Bernabei during a very stressful time, to try to get some idea of my options after22 my job was eliminated during the height of the COVID epidemic. The top-notch firm staff got back to me very quickly for an interview, and then arranged to set up an hour-long meeting. Ms. Bernabei ga...ve me terrific guidance on the information I should gather to help them assess my situation, then in an hour, I was walked through in a very realistic manner the process going forward. I would recommend Ms. Bernabei and her firm 100 percent!

Excellent attorney and advocate!

I was exceptionally pleased with Lynne as my attorney. As a single mother who had just relocated across the country, my case was very stressful emotionally and financially. Her guidance, compassion, and attentiveness was extremely helpful. I was pleased with the outcome of the case and felt that sh...e gave me great guidance and support throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone that has an employment, sexual harassment or discrimination case in the DC area.

friendly and gave reference

Ms. Bernabei was very friendly and nice. Even though she wasn't able to help me in my particular case, she did provide a reference.

Excellent lawyer

Bernabei came through at a moment of truth in my life. I am eternally in her debt. She also actually believes in what she's doing; It's not just about money.

Employment Client

Lynne was referred to me by several other lawyers who respected her work and her aggressiveness in fighting for her clients' rights. Based on my personal experience, I have now recommended her many times myself. She understands employment law inside and out, and quickly grasps new and complex issue...s. She has very good instincts, gets to the heart of a matter and is able to tell a compelling story, all of which helps her communicate effectively in court filings, hearings, mediation, depositions, interviews and other situations. She is fearless and dedicated, and will often go the extra mile to give you as much advantage as possible. I would hire her again if the need arose.
