Good for a setylement if it does not have to be in your favor

Ms. Solomon was my attorney for an MSPB case in 2013. She filed and immediately requeated an extension. When time came for the hearing she talked me into postponing the hearing to show the Judge "good faith" that we were trying to settle the issue out of the case. She claimed if we do not settle we... it would only be about a 10-day delay and we would be issed a new court date. I agree to listen to the what the agency was offering but Ms. Solomon neglected to tell my experts of the cancellation and I was required to pay their services which were not rendered. Ms. Solomon negotiated a settlement which was similar to the one I had rejected before hiring her sevices. When I regected this horrible offer she attempted to guilt me into accepting by say the Judge and I do not know why you would not accept the money. Two months later I finally get the chance in court. Ms. Solomon acted assured but when my firat accuser was on the stand she neglected to ask him about incidents which I had brought to her attention which I thought was crucial. This person accused me of not being fit for duty because I was suicidal however as I brought to Ms. Solomon's attention this Officer had two incidents of false statement on his record one of which was a negligent discharge of his service weapon while he attempted and failed suicide. Another witness I had requested was a trained peer counselor who I asked to stand foe we as we had frequent conversations because we served together for 15 years. On the stand Ms. Solomon had no relevant questions for the individual. At recess I asked Ms. Solomon why she did not question individual more Ms. Solomon claimed that she did not feel he was open to answering as he had been during the phone deposition. Ms. Solomon determined that after her one question to that individual even though I had written notes to her during the defense questioning. I asked her why she did not go into detail with the individual, a trained peer counselor who I had regular conversations she claimed I never told her. Yet, I had and she was aware that is why I had him on my witness list. Beside the verbal explanation, I was writing note to Ms. Solomon during the defense question which I did not realize she was ignoring. The MSPB is a process which should have taken abot a 120 days to resolve. The attories agrwe with the Judge to submit cloaing arguments in writing but the for the Judge to decise the case was coming due so with the concurrence of Ms. Solomon and the defense the case was dismissed and refiled by the court allowing time for the parties to work on closing. Not only did the dismissal give Ms. Solomon time to complete closing the Judge also gave addition time one the case was filed for the parties to file their closing. With all the EXTRA time Ms. Solomon had to complete the closing she was still late in filing and requested a last minute extension to complete closing. Now with the closing statment submitted by both side the Judge by MSPB regulations should have decided the case at or about Christmas of 2013. I had contact with Ms. Solomon until about March of 2014 when Ms. Solomon and her staff stopped replying to my phone messages and emails. The MSPB had been delayed due to extra high volume of cases they did not have the the staff to accommodate. Since Ms. Solomon stopped responding to me I figured she had dropped me as a client because I was no longer able to pay her fees. There was no funds on retainer. I contacted the court in mid to late March 2014 and received a call from the Judge in early April 2014. The Judge explained to unusual high call volume and promised a decision to me before 90-days. He also explained to me that he should be communicating with me directly as I have an attorney.
