Biography
She has received her L.L.B from Istanbul University School of Law in 1999 and her Masters degree in political science from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 2005. She received her Master of Laws degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007. She is admitted to the bars of the state of New York and Istanbul and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mrs. Gules-Guctas believes it is important to give back to her community and has been actively involved in many not-for-profit organizations, and to this day she frequently provides pro bono legal services.
