Worth More Than I Could Possibly Pay

I’m not at liberty to go into detail about my specific case. That aside, I can take the time to give credit where it’s due to Alan Lescht and Associates particularly Tamara Slater, Sara McDonough, and Joyce Dozier. This law firm by no means is cheap when you look at things from a peephole viewpoint. ...Notwithstanding you may find as I did that they are willing to discount their rates. They did that in part by using a creative strategy of resource alignment by using a blend of Associate Attorneys and Shareholders to perform the day to day maintenance of my case. But not only that, they literally discounted their hourly rates. Moving along, the three associates previously prefaced never treated me like just a number nor simply a client. Thats important to note because I’ve read other reviews that have said that the firm is only about money. Those ladies treated me like a human being throughout. They did so by being empathetic towards my financial situation, the ups and downs of the arduous journey of my lawsuit, etc. Evidence of such can be affirmed where Ms. Slater specifically took it upon herself to simply pick up the phone and call me after we’d had a heated settlement discussion with the Agency. Her purpose in doing so was mostly to ask if I was okay. Additional evidence of such occurred several months later when Ms. McDonough shared her disappointment with the results of everything and that my family and myself would be in her thoughts and prayers. Neither one of them had to do that but those ladies did. But not only that, they were able to do the secure me a settlement that I can reasonably live with out of an impossible and hopeless situation. Alan Lescht and Associates took a bit of a financial loss on this case because they did a lot more work than what they were compensated for. But not only that, they took a financial loss because I could never pay them enough for all that they did throughout my case. Thank you Ms. Slater, McDonough, and Dozier from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone.

High Recommend

I am current client of Alan Lescht and Associates being represented by Mr. Alan Lescht himself. As a disabled veteran with over twenty-five (25) years of government service I found myself in a very complex and high profile employment crisis in which I was terminated from my government employment. ... Prior to retaining Alan Lescht and Associates, I unsuccessfully worked with a high profile law firm in Washington, DC and after racking up an enormous amount of attorney fees with this firm, they did not achieve my desired results. Thus, I found myself in a tough spot desperately needing an honest attorney who cared as much about me, my case and my family as they did about the money. During my initial consult with Alan, he expressed great concern of my situation and vowed to aggressively represent me and attain the results I desired. Alan and his team thoroughly reviewed my case and put together an extremely strong defense. Knowing that things were financially tight for me and my family during this time, Alan did everything in his power to keep down the costs. The amount of professionalism and hard work that was invested in my case shows that Alan Lescht is more than just a super attorney. He is a very caring person who genuinely cares for the well-being of his clients other than just-for-profit. Throughout the process, Alan and his team kept me informed and abreast of all developments, reassuring me that we had a very strong case, which helped me to withstand during these tough and challenging times. Although when you first meet Alan he appears to have a very calm demeanor, I was extremely impressed by his performance during a mediation session where he commanded the room by not backing down or settling for less than my desired outcome. I was truly in awe of his talent, natural skills and unwavering position. My case is in the final stage of settlement and my family and I are very grateful to Alan Lescht and Associates as they carried and guided me through the most difficult challenge of my career, which not only affected me but my family. I am very pleased with the outcome and I strongly recommend Alan Lescht and Associates to anyone who are experiencing employment difficulties that are looking for a strong, dependable and trustworthy attorney. Lastly…it is truly evident why Alan Lescht has earned the prestigious title of “Super Attorney.”

Disability/Reprisal Discrimination

Alan Lescht and his Associate, Susan Kruger did an outstanding job of representing me during two EEO complaints I filed against my Agency. I have a disability and my Agency failed to follow regulations regarding the rights of disabled employees. This happened twice over a four year period. Both ti...mes, I was in danger of losing my job even though I received positive performance evaluations. I received a settlement from my Agency because of Alan and Susan's excellent representation on my behalf in 2014 as a result of my first complaint. Just eight months later, I found myself in the same situation with a different supervisor (but same Agency) and filed a second complaint. Again, choosing Alan's firm to represent me resulted in a second settlement in my favor by the Agency. Alan and Susan were so patient and encouraging during these extremely stressful years. It was a long process and they did their best to keep my costs low (they kept communications short and sweet, but made sure I got the information/advice I needed). I understood that they were doing that for my financial benefit. I really can't put into words how much I appreciate what Alan and Susan did for me. I would recommend his law firm to anyone in a heartbeat (and I have several times).

A quick Letter of gratitude

I would just like to take a moment and give my sincere thanks and gratitude to Alan Lescht &Associates! In my hour of need they took on my case which to me seemed like a hopeless situation. The first (and every other, of many) calls was answered by Joyce. She was kind and caring and actually und...erstood what I was going through. Within a day I received a call from Alan who listened patiently and then told me exactly what he needed from me to represent me. The case seemed tome, to drag on forever, but he repeatedly calmed me and asked me to have patience. At times I wondered if anything was actually being done. We corresponded by email and phone. One specific email contained so much correspondence back and forth between Alan and my employer that I realized. So much was being done without my knowledge. The outcome was extremely favorable and I have the greatest respect and gratitude towards Alan & associates! West Point, NY
