Highly Recommend

I contacted Lescht & Associates in March 2010, when I was told by my employer that he was taking away a multimillion dollar client. that I brought to the company. I am a commission only sales person and after working to secure this client for months without being paid, I asked for a committment in... writing from my employer. After receiving the committment and several orders from this client the company terminated me. The first thing Mr. Lescht did was send a letter to the company.stating I had retained his services. He did this the same week I met him. I was impressed by how fast Mr. Lescht responded to my case. Mr. Lescht filed suit in PG County and constantly kept me informed of the status of the case. A court date was set and Mr. Lescht worked with me so I would be prepared to testify. Bottom line Mr Lescht WON the case and I will receive all the commissions due me. Mr. Lescht is an excellent Trial Lawyer, He is calm, cool, and collected. He is very methodical and he stays on point. After the trial, several people commented on how professional my attorney was and how he was able to make his point with very few words.

I highly recommend Alan Lescht

Alan handled my wrongful termination case. Throughout each step of the legal process Alan was prepared and effective in his representation. He also kept me informed at each step. This was important because, those wheels of justice do turn slow indeed. I also appreciated Alan's frankness and his... ability to identify what is important and what is not when going through a case like this. Our conversations tended to be short and to the point, a good thing in my opinion. My case came to acceptable and fair conclusion largely due to Alan's efforts.

Alan is the real deal!

After I was wrongfully terminated back in 2009, I went to the Department of Labor to resolve the issue. Well, nine months and a whole lot of aggravation later, justice was still nowhere in sight... After consulting with Alan, we decided to take my former employer directly to court. A few sho...rt months later, the other side settled for an amount that I had never dreamed possible. With the economy the way that it is currently, I am still looking for employment but Alan has bought me several years without financial worry. He saved me from losing my house! Do yourself a favor. Don't do what I did. Call Alan first! You'll be glad that you did!

Experienced,honest,humble

I would refer Mr.Lescht to all my family and friends ,he provides excellent services Mr Lescht is very informative. And on your side. A few weeks before christmas i was wrongfully terminated from my job .One of the most joyful experiences in life becoming pregnant could not be fully appreciated bec...ause of the illegal and wrongful things that were occuring at my place of employment,i was being punished by my employer for being pregnant. Mr Lescht informed me that the actions of my employer were wrong ,i felt comfortable and at ease when Mr.Lesct took my case. And the outcome was very successful. Mr Lescht is a very soft spokenman ,however when we entered into mediation he spoke with power and clarity.

Quick resolution to a transitional career nightmare

I was wrongfully terminated and retained Alan to help me negotiate a more equitable severance package. He successfully negotiated all of my asks and my claim was resolved in one month.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
