My problem was decades old and I was unaware it existed until recently . Mr. Bianco was courteous and respectful . He helped me understand what I needed to get done and how he planned to help me. He was patient and was not overbearing. He kept things simple ( as I asked) and got it done in a timely... manner. I was confident that if there were any problems, we would work them out together to my satisfaction. There weren't any problems and the outcome was exactly as I had hoped.

I was fortunate to have a chance to consult Richard on some complex "TOPA" (Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act) issues related to a real estate purchase transaction. I have no doubt his advice has saved me substantial time, money, and headache. Having worked with many attorneys before, I was extreme...ly impressed with the depth of Richard's knowledge, his ability to focus clearly on multiple complex issues, and articulate the options and potential outcomes in an easily comprehensible way so that someone less familiar with the landscape could absorb and act on the insights he provided. All this was efficiently packed into a brief consultation--hugely valuable when your on the clock. I highly recommend consulting Richard on any matters within areas of his practice.

When I started out on my own, founding my small business, I was quite sure I knew everything. In truth, what I didn't know could have crushed me in a second. Thankfully, someone pointed me to Rich, and we are still kicking and operating. Our firm has utilized Rich as a legal resource for the past ...four months or so, relying on him for contract management, business registration and organization, and general legal counsel. We have the very favorable arrangement of a subscription based service, which means our costs are very predictable. The first thing is just to say that Rich understands niche markets, which we currently occupy. Accordingly, there is no need to educate or bring in additional information. He just knows it. Secondly, he knows small business. Normally you have a question for an attorney and they get you an answer. Rich already knows the questions I am going to ask, and has not only the answer but the supporting material and documentation. That's remarkable. It is easy to say that Rich knows the law and such, but the same can be said of most professional and adequately competent attorneys. What really sets him apart, in our book at least, is his humanity. I don't believe I've ever before had an attorney I enjoyed calling, especially with questions that seem elementary or simple. Being able to pick up the phone, get an answer that I trust, and go on my way is invaluable. Needless to say, I recommend Rich if you are starting up a small business or are looking to grow one. He just gets it, in an empathic fashion that I believe anyone mad enough to try to start a business will find rare and valuable.

Where do I begin! On a Friday night I posted a question to Avvo and by Saturday morning Richard Bianco was answering my questions and preparing to engage in my legal issue. His correspondence was professional, articulate and caring. He was knowledgeable about the legal matter and provided sound advic...e. I believe he’s a fair and honest lawyer. Fortunately for me my legal issue resolved itself by Monday am but Mr. Bianco was already knee deep in writing a legal letter for me. I’m grateful for his time and service and would, without hesitation use him again! I’ll most definitely refer him!
