OUTCOME: The Court of Appeals reversed the decision of the ABC Board, and remanded the Matter to the ABC Board for further proceedings. My client was able to re-open her establishment and resume her business.

OUTCOME: The Court of Appeals reversed the decision of the ABC Board in favor of my client and the D.C. Council had to adopt emergency legislation to mitigate the impact of the decision.
