Elena Iuga

Elena Iuga’s superpowers may seem like an unlikely combo. Her soft-spoken, empathetic personality is a tremendous asset to her clients, especially when they are in distress from experiencing an injury. She also knows when to turn up the fierce side of her communication style to fight for the rights of her clients.

Elena is an advocate of changing the narrative of how personal injury attorneys are perceived. It’s not about ambulance chasing. It’s about helping her clients to put back on their oxygen masks to take care of their families and loved ones.

She emphasizes the need for her clients to understand that their cases are only as good as the records put together. Elena treats each of her cases with the same level of advocacy as the love she and her husband show for their children, of both the two and four-leg variety.

Elena was drawn to law to complete the unattained career dream of her father and sees her degree as honoring them both.

She lives a pay-it-forward life philosophy. Someone who believed in Elena wrote her a check for $25,000 to cover the part of her law school tuition that her scholarship did not. She will one day do the same for another aspiring attorney.

Elena serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Immigration Research Forum.

When not at work, she enjoys a balance of entertaining guests, cooking and quiet, alone time.
