When I started out on my own, founding my small business, I was quite sure I knew everything. In truth, what I didn't know could have crushed me in a second. Being able to pick up the phone, get an answer that I trust, and go on my way is invaluable. Needless to say, I recommend Rich if you are starting up a small business or are looking to grow one. He just gets it, in an empathic fashion that I believe anyone mad enough to try to start a business will find rare and valuable.
