Paul H Zukerberg

Would absolutely recommend Attorney Zukerberg. I was charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, and to make things more complicated I was a student and the incident happened on campus so there was a university side of things as well as a legal side of things. Mr. Zukerberg was a... tremendous help with both issues I was dealing with. At first dealing with the legal proceedings was quite nerve racking; the prosecution was difficult to deal with and were not really looking to work with us. My case lasted 6 months with 5 total court dates and the entire time Mr. Zukerberg kept advocating for me and pushed the prosecution through many different offers. Eventually he got them to offer a plea deal in which they lessened the charge to possession of marijuana. I pleaded and he then successfully argued for me to sentenced under the Youth Act so after 6 months the convictions won't be on my record. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome after all was said and done. If I ever got into trouble again in DC I would use Mr. Zukerberg again and if I ever have a friend who ran into legal trouble I'd give them his number.

I retained Paul to represent me on a marijuana possession charge, which unfortunately happened to occur on federal property--making the charges somewhat more serious as a result. Paul took the time to explain my options and make recommendations as to the best course of action in his opinion. I fel...t as though he wanted to make sure I fully understood the possible options and appreciated his patience and ability to describe the various scenarios that could play out. Throughout the process, I felt that Paul was very accessible and always returned my call or e-mail same-day. Paul was also able to negotiate several special conditions to the terms of my eventual probation. I would definitely recommend Paul as an experienced attorney in this area and would retain him again should the need arise (though I hope it doesn't).
