My daughter was hit by a school but driving down the wrong side of the road and they refused to take responsibility and blamed my daughter. I called Mr Hines and he saved my case by writing letters to the school board that I didn't know you had to write. We eventually went to trial and he proved the ...my daughter did nothing wrong and it was the bus drivers fault. We won the case and our car was fixed and all the medical bills were paid and my daughter got money for pain and suffering. I was so worried the entire time but Brad took care of everything. I was so happy I called him. And also I see some people say he is hard to get a hold of - he is an attorney!! Whenever I called if he wasn't there he called me or emailed me back within a day. I think that's fair. I would recommend!!!

It was a very easy process and Brad was extremely cordial and efficient through the process. I would highly recommend him and the Slocomb firm. The settlement amount was mor...e that I thought it would be.

I hired this lawyer for a car accident that I was involved in. This lawyer did not have time for me or my case. My case lasted a year and during that year I spoke to him less than a handful of times. I did speak with his assistant who often called me to see how treatment was going and to update me... when calling my doctors for my medical records. This lawyer took 40% of my settlement and charged for $50 for copying and mailing documents. He received more money than I did our of my case.

I called this firm this attorney works at after seeing commercials on television and I was automatically sent to this attorney on the phone. When I was sent to this attorney he acted like he was too busy to talk to me and rudely and quickly answered my questions. I don't believe this attorney worked... on my case. I had his secretary call and return my calls to give me updates on my case. When I did actually speak to this attorney, he was very rude and talked about how busy he was and quickly got off the phone. When it came time for my case to be settled this attorney did not meet with me. I would not hire this attorney or the firm he works for if you want someone who cares about their clients and cases and do not pass stuff along to a nonattorney to handle.
