While in law school, Mr. Hines authored Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts: Forcing America to Pay the Premium for the Nation’s New Confrontation Clause, which was published by the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal. Mr. Hines also served as the Senior Notes Editor for the law journal, and was an active member of the George Mason American Inn of Court.
Prior to joining the Slocumb Law Firm, Mr. Hines worked in private firms located in Virginia and the District of Columbia, representing individuals in personal injury, domestic relations, business contracts, and creditor’s rights matters. Today, Mr. Hines has focused his practice exclusively on personal injury, motor vehicle accident, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death litigation.
