Jason R. Antoine

I was previously arrested for a DUI in PA and hired a lawyer who gave me the same deal I would have got with a public defender. When I was arrested for a second DUI/possession in DE, I applied for a public defender thinking the outcome would be the same. My pessimistic public defender told me that I... was destined to do 60 days in jail because I'm out of state, and that I'd be very lucky if I got 7-10 days which is mostly reserved for DE residents. I decided to spend the money and hire a private attorney less than 2 months before my trial. Antoine didn't make any promises but assured me that it is definitely possible to get a plea deal and not serve jail time. He immediately reviewed my case and filed a motion to suppress the blood evidence which my public defender would not bother with. Ultimately, it turned out better than I expected. The DUI was reduced to a reckless and he managed to get me unsupervised probation for my other charge. I am very grateful and recommend Antoine for anyone facing serious DUI charges in the tristate area.

I would highly recommend Jason Antoine. He is the perfect combination of highly experienced, aggressive/strategic, and empathetic/compassionate. My case was quite unique in that my DUI offense and state of driving licensure were different. This impacted me professionally among other things. Jason... considered every aspect of my case and had considerable knowledge to be able to advise me what to do to achieve an optimal outcome, which we did achieve. He is patient and responsive, all of my emails were answered in a timely fashion and thoroughly. His staff was wonderful also and assisted me with logistical matters I did not have time to do myself. I hired Mr. Antoine after being involved in an accident and charged with a DUI. The police had video surveillance of my arrest and sobriety tests - along with a confident prosecutor who refused to negotiate. He thoroughly explained my options and the consequences of my charges. We decided to take ...the case to trial. He interrogated the police officer and it was found they did not conduct their arrest properly. With this evidence, the judge threw out the case. Without Mr. Antoine's extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures, I would have faced jail time. My lawyer displayed a confidence in the court room that let me know I made the right decision hiring him. Aside from helping me win my case, Mr. Antoine has a down to earth personality and was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and would hire him again should I ever need to. Thanks Jason!

My son was falsely accused of a grand theft auto last March of 2016. I hired Jason to represent him. A friend of our family recommended him. Jason certainly had is work cut out for him. The case was very involved. Throughout the entire 4 day trial, Jason remained confident, focused, VERY detail...ed, thorough and extremely professional..
