For the last 25 years, I have helped many clients with a variety of legal matters. I understand the stress and anxiety that a client goes through in the midst of these life changing events. My practice focuses on divorce, custody & support. I have handled cases worth millions of dollars and cases where the only things to divide are the clients‘ furniture. I give every single client the best experience and my unwavering dedication to their goals. What do I try to achieve? A satisfied client. Period. That means I answer your calls, am prepared in court and treat you like the important person that you are. If something isn’t right, I will do all that I can to fix it.
I have extensive trial experience, but I am committed to helping each client resolve their matters out of court whenever possible. Focusing on each client's particular needs and desires, in addition to a deep commitment to client service, is the foundation of my practice. Listening and working together with the client to develop a game plan is essential to a productive attorney-client relationship. I try my best to satisfy the client's needs, and to achieve productive resolutions, using a combination of negotiation, as well as litigation strategies. Throughout the case, my client and I work as a team, keeping in communication with each other, to ensure that questions are answered, and we can tweak our approach to various issues along the way.
Give us a call. You will find my seasoned staff to be personable, professional and committed to helping you every step of the way. All of us in my office believe that client service is top priority. Your phone call will be answered timely by a human being, never an answering machine. We don't have anwering machines and we don't have menus that ask you to wait until someone live picks up the phone. Why? Because I strongly believe that most people need to hear from a caring person immediately. We care about you. For our veterans and those currently serving in the military, I am happy to take 10% off all fees. Family members of mine have served in every war going back to WWII.
I would appreciate the opportunity to be of help, so please give us a call and let us set up a time for a free consultation to go over your legal problem or issue. I look forward to seeing you. From all of us at the Rowe Law Offices family, thank you for your time.

A Great Attorney!
Cheryl Rowe is a very aggressive and assertive attorney. She is very quick to respond to any of my questions. I am very glad that she is representing me and not the other side!

Rude staff
I called to ask where I could send an email and ask one generic (not specific to my case) before pulling the trigger and paying retainer. I was told that was not possible and only after paying retainer was I able to get question answered. When I was unhappy with this answer I was told I should go els...
First of all, we provide a FREE CONSULTATION. During this consultation, I told this individual several times that there can be no further contact until we are retained. I spoke to this lady and gave her a half hour of my time for free. I told her that I would be happy to help her once she signed the Fee Letter and paid her modest retainer. Two members of my staff spoke with this lady as a courtesy when she called, She demanding that I make guarantees. She demanded that I answer more questions and refused to retain me first. This lady got ugly with my staff after they tried to explain what she already knew. At that point, my paralegal, who spoke to her for nearly 10 minutes to reiterate the ethical rules involved, advised her that she should go elsewhere because we can’t make guarantees about what the other party will or won’t do, and we can’t speak or communicate further without the Fee Letter being signed and the retainer paid. Why didn’t she just do what I told her? Become a client and then she could have asked me 50 questions. Instead, I am told that my staff, who works hard for the clients, is “rude” because they could not violate the ethical rules that we all must live by. I find this review to be disgraceful, intentionally untrue and shameful. I am a busy attorney. I take a lot of my time each day to speak potential clients for free, which most of my colleagues refuse to do. To have someone who paid nothing leave a nasty, untrue review like this is disheartening. Had she paid $400-$500 for the consultation which most attorneys with my level of experience charge, then she might have grounds to complain. Instead of being grateful for the time I gave her for free, she demanded more and got ugly with my staff. I am constantly shocked by the lack of gratitude in this world. I work like a dog for my clients and to have someone, who did not retain me, did not pay an dollar, able to leave a nasty review like this, is the reason I greatly dislike social media. Thus, I wanted to correct this inaccurate and misleading review and explain what actually happened. After reading this ugly “review,” I would not accept this individual as a client for any reason. Shame on her for leaving this malicious review.
