As a man I was very apprehensive about where I was going to wind up in the future. I was concerned about my children first and foremost. I also didn't believe him that I had rights to the things in the marital residence. Over the next 19 months everything that Jonathan told me came true. In several instances the results were more than either one of us had expected. My divorce process took quite a long time as far as I was concerned. This was the fault of my ex-wife dragging her feet. Looking back on the whole experience I have to admit that there were times that Jonathan protected Me From Myself. He told me to be patient, which in my case is not always the easiest thing to do. I'm glad I listened. It's very difficult to visualize an outcome when it's the first time that you're going through something that stressful. For the entire process Jonathan never compromised his integrity and never allowed me to compromise mine. He was an excellent source of strength and kept me going when I wanted to quit. At the end of it all, I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that Jonathan was the perfect attorney for me and my particular situation. He understood the emotional and financial impact that the entire process was having on myself and my children. My children's well being was a great source of anxiety during this experience. He never lost sight of my desire to be an effective parent.
