Jonathan T. Hoffman is a Member in the Firm's Family Law Practice, handling a wide range of domestic relations matters including support, divorce, custody and equitable distribution. He focuses his practice on tax related issues in complex support matters and equitable distribution. Mr. Hoffman is a frequent speaker and author on such topics as taxation and divorce and the judicial interview of children in custody litigation.
In 2010 through 2015, Mr. Hoffman was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star," an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association. He is the Executive Director of the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court. Mr. Hoffman is the attorney liaison to the Chester County Child Custody Transfer Center and a Board member of the Montgomery Conflict Mediation Center. He is also active in the Montgomery County Bar Association and is co-chair of the Association's Membership Committee and co-chair of the Family Law Section Equitable Distribution and Alimony Committee.
Mr. Hoffman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
