She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I felt like I was being interragating for a crime, she talked over me when I was speaking after asking me a question like she didn't care enough to actually listen. She spoke to me like I was remedial. If you like to be disrespected then this is the atto...rney for you; other wise do not waste your time.

Shabrei was contacted to help us (my husband/brother/me) identify the appropriate documents to put in place to handle my father's estate. He is 96 years old, lives alone and has all of his faculties. I was introduced to Shabrei through a mutual friend when I was looking for someone to review the terms of loan I was considering backing. When I read through the contract and reviewed the business plan for the company the individuals were proposing, nothing jumped out at me initially but I knew that ...I needed a lawyer to review. Shabrei reviewed everything in detail and gave me her honest opinion. I was a little disappointed that she did not think the terms of the loan were a good deal and cautioned me against signing it as is. She also felt that in order for me to be completely protected, we would need to completely rewrite the contract. I immediately backed out of the deal and just let them know that this wasn't the right investment for me at the time. She was absolutely right because the company is past the expected open date and is still not in operation. I appreciated that she gave me the news I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear.
