Kristen Doleva-Lecher

Ms. Doleva was an outstanding and patient advocate for me, and was what I needed. I had a very nasty divorce and custody battle. Ms. Doleva was there for me, answering emails on weekends and even helping me during challenging custody exchanges during non working hours. She went above and beyond my... expectations. She took the emotion out of the equation and looked at the situation for what was best for my family. She worked well with the opposing attorney for my ex, and in the end we came to a resolution that allowed me to mend fences with my ex and allowed us to co parent our children in a constructive and equitable manner, and she did her job so well, I will not have continuous court battles and should not need her services again, unlike some attorneys who will flame the fire to keep the battle going. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Doleva. She was amazing.

I had worst experience with this lawyer. Wasted almost 4 months with no result. I hired her for support, custody and divorce matter. The support order she claims she drafted and charged heftily for it (It was clearly drafted by opposite lawyer) was very vague and missed important details. Very expens...ive and have charged for excessive hours for simple matters. She tries to pretend the results and get the clients to buy her advice and does not even take clients concerns in front of the judge. Wastes numerous calls with opposition counsel without any results and bills clients extensively. she even charges for the things the client has not asked for. There are also some duplicate charges from her and her clerk for the same work.

This attorney works well as a member of a team or as a solo practitioner. Kristen is fact driven and client centered. Kristen helped our family through a very difficult custody case and is not afraid to "put herself out there" for her clients. We owe her a debt of gratitude for her knowledge, prof...essionalism and courage.

Kristen has been a key part of my custody case, not only has she kept me updated on every aspect of my case, but she is someone I trust entirely and value as my attorney. I have very complexe custody cases and she has helped me above and beyond my cases. Kristen has empathy and compassion towards her... clients and always does her best. I am fortunate to have had Kristen's help during my cases. If not for her help, I would have given up with despair,but her encouragement and knowledge made me keep going!!!!
