I hired Polyak because i had 3 cases and i was in the process of trying to get my citizenship which is a long story. Anyway if you have 2 misdameaner charges you can not get citizenship. Not guilt was the verdict
James keep saying be patient. We went to court for over a year. But at trial the verdict was NOT guilty!!!! It was worth the wait.
