After graduating from the Allentown Police Academy, I worked for the Lehigh County Sheriff's Department and the Kutztown University Police Department. My experience in prosecuting crimes provides me with insight into the Commonwealth's reasoning and first-hand knowledge of the power of the prosecutor.
After serving my community in a law enforcement capacity, I entered the private sector working for several private security companies.
Later I decided to pursue a life-long dream of becoming a lawyer. First, I attended Reading Area Community College, then transfered to Penn State Berks Campus, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies.
I was accepted and earned my Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. After graduation I worked as a criminal defense attorney for The Banks Law Group, LLC in Wyomissing, PA.
I currently reside with my wife, Judy, in Kutztown. I enjoy golfing and archery hunting. One of my greatest passions is spending time with my friends and family.

Money grubbing, rude, ineffective.
Don't waste your money or rather don't allow yourself to be robbed and still have nothing in your case handled. You will tell gim what you want he'll make alternative suggestions which you will later find out was all to prolong your case. This guy is the worst of worse lawyers!
