Christopher is a dedicated criminal defense attorney. He only accepts criminal defense cases. His primary office is located at 266 East Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
Christopher Koschier, Esq began attending Dickinson Law in 2013 on a full academic scholarship. During his first year of law school he received accolades for his mock trial performances, scoring highest amongst his Carlisle peers at finals.
He immediately began dedicating his education, work experience, internships, and practical clinical experience to becoming the best possible criminal defense trial attorney.
During his second year and through his final year of law school he was granted permission by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to represent poor criminal defendants in court pursuant to PA Bar Rule 322. During this time, he was provided a job at the Cumberland County Public Defender's Office, and was promoted to the senior law clerk on staff after only five months.
Christopher was able to win the trust of many indigent defendants who opted for his representation at court hearings and trials by achieving numerous victories at criminal trials, preliminary hearings, and pretrial hearings. Chris leveraged his experience winning real trials to win 1st place at a prestigious mock trial competition and was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers award.
Additionally, Christopher was the primary author of the legal argument for a successful appeal to the PA Supreme Court, which abolished ex post facto application of sex offender registration requirements for Pennsylvania registered sex offenders.
Upon graduation in May of 2016, he sat for the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar exams during the same week, passed both, and was admitted to both jurisdictions. He then served briefly as an Attorney for the York County Public Defender's Office and Franklin County Public Defender's office, once again representing poor/indigent criminal defendants with notable success, before launching his own criminal defense firm in Montgomery County, PA, outside Philadelphia.
During his time practicing law, Christopher has handled hundreds of criminal cases, achieved prolific victories in court, and has a small practice where he is able to devote all of his energy to his criminal defense cases. His achievements on behalf of his clients has earned him recognition as a top "10 Best Attorney in Pennsylvania" as published by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys.
