$5500 down the drain. Attorney Dutko has put my case to the very bottom of his pile. My uncomfortable situation is not a time sensitive matter to this man. He never reaches out to me about my case , I am always the one contacting him asking him questions that very often he fails to answer. He didn't ...even show up for court on the day of my custody hearing and I had to represent myself, and ended up not getting the custody I was deserved. I have wasted countless dollars traveling to PA where my divorce is being held, just to be told court was moved and my attorney failed to let me know I didn't need to be there. Please do not use Dutko for divorce matters . He is very hard to get ahold of and is wasting my time and money.

I hired attorney Dutko 10mins after talking to him, not only did he calm me down and explain how my situation could/will play out,he assured me that he was confident on an outcome that would suit me in my situation, hopefully I will not make a dumb decision again, but, if for any reason I would nee...d representation Mr.Dutko will be my 1st call!!! Excellent communication. My criminal case involved unusual circumstances by a deceased friend’s adult son which resulted in felony Identity Theft charges against me. Attorney Dutko utilized negotiation skills and professional communication with the DA’s office in order to come up with a solution that... worked for all parties involved. The disposition of my case resulted in ARD supervision for 12 months; I volunteered to pay off the total outstanding debt (even though I wasn’t responsible for all of it); and I pay the court costs and fees associated with my case. It was through Attorney Dutko’s negotiations & communications that prevented a guilty plea or felony conviction on my record. In my particular situation, a felony on my record would result in me never being able to regain a position in my chosen career field. Successful completion of the ARD program and having this charge expunged will allow me to return to my chosen career/profession. Don’t be afraid to ask for ARD... if it’s a reasonable chance you can get it. Don’t settle for a plea agreement because courts would rather avoid taking cases through the trial process. Attorney Dutko is willing to work with you on what you think is best for your situation, but he also provides you with the pros and cons so you are able to make informed decisions regarding your case. The only thing I have some negative feelings about was that I felt as though I wasn’t supposed to challenge or question or disagree with certain things. I must admit I became frustrated at times over the whole mess I got myself into, and the frustration could have been expressed more effectively by me. Overall...Attorney Dutko is committed to your case and is great in communicating with his clients. I would use him again, but I hope I never need to. His fees are reasonable, as well. I hope this helps someone who may be faced with finding an attorney when the need arises.
