Biography
I take a very practical approach toward the law. If I can save my client time and money by reaching a settlement, I will do it. Particularly in divorces when there are minor children, it is best to keep things as amicable as possible. After all, when the parties have children, they will be in each other’s lives for the rest of their lives – sharing custody, going to birthday parties, graduations weddings, etc. It’s best for the children and the parties to be as amicable as possible and get the divorce over and move on. However, if the case must be litigated, I will not hesitate to strongly advocate for my client starting with good communication with my client, researching the law and always being prepared for the case.
In all matters, my client is my boss. I am available by phone, cell phone, email and Skype. I do my best to return phone calls by the end of each day and will keep you thoroughly informed of you case.

Excellent Service
Mr. Dolan helped me get custody of my child without any extra hassles! No court appearances and no CYS involved! This was very important to me, and he expedited it all in a very timely matter.. Mr. Dolan even went the extra mile and spoke with family members to reassure them that the proper channels...
