If you’re looking for a caring, energetic and diligent DUI lawyer that enjoys his profession then Paul is your guy. Unfortunately for me I had been charged THREE times of this offence. We chose Mr. Mallis as our attorney based off of his credentials, and he did not disappoint. I was facing a possible suspended license and five points on my record. During our consultation he was confident he could get the punishment reduced to only three points and no suspension. The day of the hear...ing, he negotiated an even better deal. My license wasn’t suspended and I didn’t receive any points! I only had to pay the fine, which I was happy with. Paul Mallis is an awesome lawyer. I recommend if you need representation to call Paul. My son had two criminal cases where he was pulled over and was in possion of marijuana both times. My son received about eight criminal charges but with Paul's representation my son does not have a criminal record ...and all the charges were dropped. My son only ended up with a summary offence which he received a $100 fine plus court cost. Paul not only saved my son from having a criminal record he save my sons job due to the fact that my sons license didnt get suspended. The charges he had could of messed up his life and he could went to jail but thankfully Paul knew the law and helped my son!

Paul was very very informative and positive about my first ever criminal charge.! And he was dead on! It went from looking like two felony charges with possible jail, he assured me he would get it dropped to misdemeanor and kicked to ard and no record after 12 Monthes of call I. Probation.. he did ex...actly what he said and exactly for the charge he quoted.. he explained everything perfect and answered any and all my questions and kept not just me but my wife in constant communication as to what was next.
