Great Traffic Lawyer

Got my ticket easily dismissed and is great insurance to keep your insurance rates low. Was involved in an accident and the officer tried to give me some erroneous tickets. Mr.Mallis kept contact with me throughout the entire process and easily took care of the situation.

Domestic Violence

I want to express my complete gratitude to Paul Mallis for representing me. I was facing a Simple Assault charge, which could of not only destroyed my employment but my life. This was my first offense and Paul didn’t let me down. Everything Paul explained to me could happen or would happen, he was o...n pointe with. He always returned my calls and met with me at which ever location was best, to prepare for my hearings. He believed in me and fought till the end. My case did go to trial. However do to me fighting back and all the guidance and support from Paul, I was found NOT GUILTY!!!! I highly recommend this man to anyone. He stands by you the whole way.

We chose Mr. Mallis as our attorney based off of his credentials, and he did not disappoint. I was facing a possible suspended license and five points on my record. During our consultation he was confident he could get the punishment reduced to only three points and no suspension. The day of the hear...ing, he negotiated an even better deal. My license wasn’t suspended and I didn’t receive any points! I only had to pay the fine, which I was happy with. Paul is very knowledgeable and explained to us the offense, and the penalties associated with it. He answered every question we had. Mr. Mallis is also very nice. This was my first time in a situation like this and he could tell I was nervous. He assured me I was in good hands and that he would take care of me, which he did. If you need an attorney to represent you for a traffic offense, I highly recommend Mr. Paul Mallis.

Paul Mallis is an awesome lawyer. I recommend if you need representation to call Paul. My son had two criminal cases where he was pulled over and was in possion of marijuana both times. My son received about eight criminal charges but with Paul's representation my son does not have a criminal record ...and all the charges were dropped. My son only ended up with a summary offence which he received a $100 fine plus court cost. Paul not only saved my son from having a criminal record he save my sons job due to the fact that my sons license didnt get suspended. The charges he had could of messed up his life and he could went to jail but thankfully Paul knew the law and helped my son!

DUI

Choosing Paul as the attorney for my son in a dui case has proven to be an excellent choice. From the start he was always willing to answer all questions and concerns, he carefully explained the law, fines, penalties, etc… as it pertains to this case. But ultimately, Paul negotiated much better te...rms and outcome including reducing the charge to a lower tier, lower fines , and no jail time. Therefore, we are extremely pleased with the end results and greatly appreciate Paul’s expertise. In the beginning I asked if he would he be willing to vigorously defend this case and he replied “I vigorously defend all of my cases” and he kept his word. Thank you Paul.
