I am an estate planning, asset/creditor protection and estate/trust administration attorney practicing primarily in Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Philadelphia, Bucks and Berks Counties.
- Estate Planning and Asset Protection: I represent clients in the preparation of Wills and Trusts used to properly distribute assets to a spouse and future generations in a way that will best protect beneficiaries from federal and state taxes, divorce, judgement creditors and professional liability.
- Estate & Trust Administration: I represent Executors, Administrators and Trustees in all phases of probate and trust administration. My goal is to protect the client from the liability risks associated with their position while reducing the tax burden and for estate or trust.
- Elder Law: I counsel clients and their families about the rules for Medicaid qualification should long term care be necessary. This planning will reduce the heartache associated with financial concerns associated with paying for nursing home care.
