I have used Mr. Zucker in the past for my index offense and most recently for my probation violation in which I was incarcerated since January of 2017. Mr. Zucker was my attorney, my defender, my hero, my champion, my savior ALL these things he was to me from my poor judgment and foolish mistakes t...hat resulted in my incarceration. My case was not a simple matter. My probation was initially transferred to Las Vegas, NV, which Mr Zucker assisted me in transferring years ago from my index offense to help me move on with my life. Because of my violation, I was extradited back to Montgomery county from Las Vegas. My case would've resulted with me in serving time 3 years in prison upstate. But thanks to this wonderful law firm Mr. Zucker was able to get me a favorable outcome of my sentence. Not Prison time, NOT 11 and a half to 23 months in county, but time served. And believe me when I say this that, THAT was not an easy feet. During my incarceration he worked diligently that my sentencing would go favorably on my behalf by preparing my family and friends as character witnesses and gathering data from mental health professionals, and in addition,worked with and communicated with my Attorney in Las Vegas to ensure that the time I was serving in Montgomery county would be concurrent to the time owed in Las Vegas. But what I loved the most about this firm is that even after sentencing was said and done, Mr. Zucker and his staff continued to work with me until the day I was free. I couldn't be released right away because I needed a home plan. It was also difficult to find a home because my goal was to return to Las Vegas. Mr Zucker went before the judge again and petitioned for an immediate release. In addition his exceptional Assistant, Kate, vigorously spearheaded the daunting task in helping me find a half way home to go to in order for me to be released from county jail. I called Kate, faithfully everyday until the day I was free in which she gave me updates on her progress and in the same time comforted me in reminding me that I was not forgotten that they were continuing to work with me in finding me a place to go to and she even welcomed the fact that I called everyday all because it gave me a peace of mind. In addition, Mr. Zucker's associate Ed Rideout also assisted with my situation at times when Mr Zucker was not present. Mr. Rideout, even after my sentencing, visited me in the county prison just to check on me and AGAIN remind me that they're still working for me and are working the issue of getting me released. When I was finally released, even after all the help this marvelous firm has done for me, they even picked me up and found me a place to stay in the local area until I was able to get to the half way house. Let me be a testimony that Mr. Zucker will go above and beyond your expectations when you hire him. You do not just employ him as your attorney, but you will have a team of skillful professionals fighting diligently on your side. What a terrible feeling it is when one is sitting in jail with the feeling that they're all alone and no one to help them. Adam Zucker was referred to me by a friend and highly recommended to handle my DUI case. I have multiple DUI's. I met Adam twice before making my decision. Adam was very professional and showed compassion towards my situation. He was straightforward in his approach and kept to the facts. No la...wyer should promise his client anything. They don't make the final decision. Adam made no promise. He kept me informed throughout the process with phone calls, letters and emails. I couldn't ask for more. I felt very comfortable around him.
