I hired Scott McIntosh to represent me in a federal criminal felony trial. He was beyond brilliant with his presentation of my defence. His confidence and soulful character shined and his knowledge, organization, and demeanor brought us a win. Case dismissed!

I have been in and out of family court for over a decade fighting for my child. I have used six different attorneys over the years. Some attorneys were acceptable and others were not, but none of my previous attorneys truly fought for what is right. Attorney McIntosh didn't play the standard games that most attorneys play in order to simply go along with the other attorneys…He worked diligently, smart and made sure all angles were covered. Not only did Scott win our case, but it was done professionally and he gave an amazing amount of energy and time to me as his client. I absolutely recommend Attorney McIntosh.

I was recently represented by Scott on a complicated DUI situation. First and foremost, I can state that Scott gave my case more effort and attention than any other attorney with which I’ve worked. I found him through an Employee Assistance Program through my employer that also came with a discount for services. I feel Scott’s work ethic is inherent to his personality and not based on fees alone.
My situation involved being arrested in PA shortly before I moved to TX. Scott was able to fully explain my options and provided immense assistance in organizing events such that I could solve the situation in 2 days while back in PA. He was able to get leeway on certain requirements that I feel would have been impossible as the layperson attempting to go through the process alone.
Scott was always prompt in responding to emails and phone. If you are like me and work odd hours, his attention to email was very helpful.
As other’s here have indicated, his background makes him uniquely suited to understanding the peculiarities of the justice system and relating them in human terms to his clients.
I also found him to be quite helpful for some other random litigation questions I have had. He was open to providing advice on questions not directly related to the case at hand and could provide references when the questions were outside his scope.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I had the opportunity to work with Scott during a contested family law matter, as well as in teaching a continuing education class related to legal technology. In the courtroom, Scott impressed me with his pragmatism and focus on his client's interests. He helped guide his client through some difficult choices. I know he is an experienced criminal defense and family law attorney.
