When looking for an attorney I wanted to be thorough. I reviewed Tatiana's website and also her reviews. My consultation was very helpful and she answered all of my questions and I felt very confident with my decision to retain her services. While working together I found Tatiana to be very attent...ive to my needs with responses to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When dealing with the opposing side I was often times worried about how things would be resolved. Tatiana was very patient explaining our position and why she felt confident that I would receive a favorable outcome. Tatiana was very helpful over the phone and email when she was receiving checks from my mothers life insurance after she had done absolutely nothing for the money she got. The life insurance claim was issued to me after it was first denied because of my complaint to the California board of Insurance.... The only thing Tatiana did on my behalf was contacted the insurance carrier to let them know she was representing me. I have a hard time understanding how that is worth 49,000 dollars. Now she is supposed to actually do legal work on my behalf and file a complaint against my mothers employer, but now she is nowhere to be found. She doesn't return my emails or my phone calls. Fortunately the insurance company that overturned my denial is not ok with the way this lawyer has taken advantage of me and my mother and has agreed to help me. If you are planning on choosing this lawyer, be weary and cautious. In her contracts it states that if she doesn't feel like she will win, she can quit on you at any point. Just a heads up
