Biography
Tatiana Kadetskaya is the founder of Kadetskaya Law Firm, LLC, a boutique insurance law firm dedicated exclusively to representing life insurance beneficiaries and policyowners whose claims have been wrongfully denied or delayed.
Since 2012, Ms. Kadetskaya has represented hundreds of clients in complex life insurance disputes against some of the largest insurance companies in the country — including MetLife, Prudential, Unum, Guardian, Genworth, Transamerica, and many others. Her practice covers the full range of life insurance law: denied and delayed claims, ERISA appeals, beneficiary disputes, interpleader actions, lapsed policy denials, accidental death and dismemberment claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Her clients come to her at one of the most difficult moments in their lives — grieving the loss of a loved one while simultaneously fighting an insurance company that refuses to pay. Titana gets your money fast!
I was a little bit un sure if I needed an attorney and decided to contact Tatiana after insurance co said call back every ,4months!!!??? Wow so happy I did 4,months from start to finish she is an excellent attorney she is the only attorney for insurance matters , she gets your money fast !!
