Hartford denied my claim for life insurance that I had on my husband. My lawyer Tatiana Kadetskaya took my case. I send her the papers she required it took just over month she was able to show then they were wrong. I received my life insurance, minus her % for taken my case. The only thing is I feel ...that Hartford Insurance should have had to paid for my lawyer and pain suffering that way maybe others would not have go thru this when they' re grieving for there love ones.. That wäyI would have received my full amount of life insurance that I had paid for and needed. Tatiana was very helpful over the phone and email when she was receiving checks from my mothers life insurance after she had done absolutely nothing for the money she got. The life insurance claim was issued to me after it was first denied because of my complaint to the California board of Insurance.... The only thing Tatiana did on my behalf was contacted the insurance carrier to let them know she was representing me. I have a hard time understanding how that is worth 49,000 dollars. Now she is supposed to actually do legal work on my behalf and file a complaint against my mothers employer, but now she is nowhere to be found. She doesn't return my emails or my phone calls. Fortunately the insurance company that overturned my denial is not ok with the way this lawyer has taken advantage of me and my mother and has agreed to help me. If you are planning on choosing this lawyer, be weary and cautious. In her contracts it states that if she doesn't feel like she will win, she can quit on you at any point. Just a heads up

We were at our wits end before we met Tatiana. My husband passed within a month of his premium being paid thru his employer.
