Biography
David is a solo-practitioner, who has almost two decades of experience in residential real estate lending, investing, and venture capital. In 2001, David graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law and Marketing. He navigated his way through the ever-changing lending market including the 2008 Housing Market Crash. In 2012, David enrolled in an evening program at Delaware Law. While in law school, David raised capital for business ventures, including Stateside Vodka. He works on a variety of cases including business ventures, real estate matters, family law, criminal defense, and personal injury with a focus on car accidents. Of note, David settled a malpractice case involving a patient who was diagnosed with pneumothorax from an acupuncture and cupping incident. David is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association. He is an Arbitrator for civil litigation cases in Montgomery County and a Guardian ad Litem for Montgomery Child Advocate Project.
