I spoke with several attorneys to discuss what my options were for filing bankruptcy with a specific focus on discharging my school loans. I was aware that school loans are extremely difficult to discharge if not impossible. I met with Joe twice and knew right away he was the one I should go with. Wi...th high hopes we began the process right away as time was of the essence in my case. He knew exactly what steps needed to be taken and in the most effective order in which the steps were to be completed. There were several components to my case as we were trying to discharge private and federal student loans along with the general bankruptcy discharge. Words cannot describe the relief I felt receiving that order. My case is now closed and I owe zero debt.
