Robert Garrett Sellers

Robert was an attorney for my Husband domestic case from a previous relationship , he handled it not bad and got PTI for my second half however it didn’t resolve the main issue. I contacted Robert to let him know about my husband's violent temper while court was pending for a previous domestic case... .Later I had to place FRO and that’s when MR .Seller reached out to me for information. He was aware that I have a lawyer, however, playing a game made me think he is no longer my husband's lawyer and will not be . I shared with him information a month later he is my husband’s lawyer again. In my opinion it was very low and unprofessional (dirty game plan ) . I would never recommend Robert Seller .

In my day I have needed a lawyer on quite a few occasions. Due to various reasons . I have had some do a great job and it cost me dearly while others cost me leaving no results. When i went to Robert at the recommendation of a friend and I am glad that I did . He gave me a new look at the lawyers... in Pennsylvania. He listened and we went from there . I had a consultation with him on one matter and ended up hiring him for that matter as well as fixing previous matters that i had been thru . I had lost my license but a friend having a medical emergency pleaded for my help and I drove to help. On my way home from helping i was stopped and charged for driving while suspended. Robert represented me had all charges dropped if guilty I would had done up to 6 months in prison . He knew what many lawyers don't let you know . In aclufe or death situation even a suspended driver can take to the wheel to save a life. He not only took care of that but had the case reopened that lead to that suspension . He was able to fix that problem . I was wrongly charged at a higher level which my former lawyer did nothing about changing and the DA in the county would not allow me to file an appeal because she said only a lawyer could file that appeal and my former lawyer wouldn’t . I went to a few law firms all agreeing that i was wrongly charged but when they new who the original lawyer that had represented me that said they couldn’t do anything because it would be stepping on his feet . So I finally gave up . When i met Robert I had told him about situation and he looked into and i was illegally charged but since i had already passed the statute of limitations for appeal however they said it was a clerical error and the charge was lowered after I had already spent time on house arrest and paid fines of a higher charge . He is currently looking at the matter that happened before that and is working to fix that which had been dismissed with prejudice . He actually knows his law and will listen ti your problems where other lawyers don't treat clients equally he gives equal priority to all and if you have a case he will be the one to take the time and fight for you . I was brushed aside before and by accepting what my former said i ended up having my life turned in disarray. When a lawyer looks into problems by actually consulting the law books you will get better results than those that don't look and just ask colleagues because they actually site precedented cases . Robert listens to you doesn’t dismiss what you have to say and looks into it. He will represent you and with him you will win . Get a lawyer that comes prepared . Not one that is so unprepared that they ask the judge for a higher sentence than you would have been served . He is a a young lawyer but he is the only lawyer thT i will ever use again . He is not afraid to fix the system and he isnt going to do backroom deals on you to save the next client . He is the lawyer that takes each case like its his only case . That is most impressive he knows the upto date changes in the law as well as the former laws and will put them to use for you . So when you want integrity you want Robert G. Sellars the lawyer that makes everyone feel like they are worth fighting for . And brings back results without compromise .
