Tiffany Ann Shoemaker

Tiffany A. Shoemaker is the owner of Shoemaker Family Law, LLC.  She represents clients in all areas of family law litigation including,divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, support, protection from abuse,name changes and adoptions. Tiffany earned a certificate of completion for mediation training in 2017 and also offers mediation services in the area of divorce and custody. She is also a certified parenting coordinator for custody cases.

Prior to opening Shoemaker Family Law, LLC, Tiffany was a partner at Potts & Shoemaker, LLC from 2019 to 2024.

From 2018 to 2019, Tiffany was a Custody Master and Dependency Hearing Officer for the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in West Chester, PA where she presided over family matters involving custody of children. 

From 2017 to 2018, Tiffany worked at McCallin Law, LLC where she represented clients in all stages of family law litigation including complex divorce, equitable distribution, abuse protection, support, custody, and adoption matters.

From 2014 to 2017, Tiffany worked at Raffaele Puppio where she represented clients in all areas of family law litigation including legal analysis of high income and complex assets in divorce and support matters.

From 2012 to 2014, Tiffany served as Director of the Crime Victims Law Project in Media, PA, where she was responsible for directing a nonprofit law project providing free legal services to victims in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks counties. While there, Tiffany prepared and presented trainings to victim advocates and local community organizations regarding project services and supervised three other attorneys. She also represented clients in protection from abuse, divorce, equitable distribution, custody, adoption, support, and paternity cases from the initial stage of petition or complaint to Superior Court appeal.

From 2008 through 2012, Tiffany worked as an attorney at Mathers & Stapp, P.C. in Williamsport, PA, where she independently managed all aspects of client representation for the firm’s family law practice including divorce, equitable distribution, protection from abuse, support, custody, name changes and adoptions.

Tiffany's legal career began in the area of criminal law when she served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Camden County, NJ and then later represented criminal defendants in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. 

Tiffany is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section for the Chester County Bar Association and Delaware County Bar Association. She also volunteers for the La Mancha Animal Rescue in Chester County.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in 1994 and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1998. While at Widener, Tiffany was a certified legal intern at the school’s domestic violence clinic representing victims of domestic violence and obtained protection from abuse orders in New Castle County.  She also served as as intern for the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and represented the Commonwealth of PA in peliminary hearings during law school.
