Biography
Michael V. Puppio, Jr., Esquire is a founding partner of the Firm. He received his Bachelor of Science from Dickinson College and then his Juris Doctorate at the Dickinson School of Law. Michael is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His practice is concentrated in the areas of municipal law, education law, municipal finance, and litigation.
Michael is the Solicitor for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Garnet Valley School District, Penn-Delco School District, Interboro School District, the Borough of Glenolden, Borough of Ridley Park, and the Zoning Hearing Board of Collingdale. In addition to representing public entities, he represents many small and medium sized businesses.
Michael began his practice of law with a clerkship for the late Anthony R. Semeraro in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. He followed up that clerkship with employment at the Law Firm of Caine, DiPasqua, Sloane, and Raffaele. He also previously served as Solicitor for the Delaware County Board of Assessment and the Office of Employment and Training.
Michael is actively involved in his community. He is the Chairman of the Springfield Republican Party and also a member of the Independence Blue Cross and Blue Shield Board of Directors. He is a former Springfield Township Commissioner and Delaware County Councilman.
