Richard F Klineburger

I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Richard F. Klineburger III. He has represented me on several occasions over the past few years and I cannot express to the courts enough my gratitude for his services. From the first time that I met with Mr. Klineburger, his welcoming personality put me at ea...se. I was able to discuss openly with him about all my troubles because there was a trust built from the start. As a client, I can tell you that I have dealt with lawyers in the past, none of which whom possessed the same qualities as Mr. Klineburger. He was honest, passionate, and devoted in every aspect of his practice as a lawyer. He would always tell me when he thought things would not go my way, but he would fight tooth and nail whenever he felt like an injustice was being served to me as his client. When I came to Rich, I was suffering from a severe heroin addiction, which I could not get under control. Along with my addiction came the consequences of my actions and although I was not able to fully escape those consequences, Rich fought to get me adequate punishment for my behaviors. Because of Mr. Klineburger’s hard work, I was given opportunities to get programming necessary to work on myself. Today I write this letter with three years clean and sober, working in the field of addiction, which I would of never been able to do without the unparallel efforts from Rich. In closing I truly believe that he is one of the greatest lawyers to serve under the State of New Jersey. He believes in justice being served properly; not abusing the power of the law. He does, in my mind, hold the highest standards for the legal practice in the entire State of New Jersey. I would not give a second thought on acquiring him in the future, as well as referring him to family or friends in the need of legal help

Since I have known Rich Klineburger, he has acted with the highest degree of integrity and honor, both in and out of the legal arena. These are qualities that are stressed by the Army values in my job and Rich met that standard. His leadership and straight forward honest assessments were always a gre...at help. When I enlisted Rich to help me in various legal matters he has always pointed me in the right direction. In all cases, he acted with the highest level of morals and professionalism. I always felt as if he had my back and was working in my best interest. I would, and have recommended Rich’s legal expertise to numerous other professionals over the last several years. All matters in which he has represented me ended successfully. I attribute those positive outcomes to his clam demeanor, experience, and unwavering integrity when dealing with other lawyers, officials at my workplace, and law enforcement representatives.

Over the past four years I have been very grateful to have Richard Klineburger represent me. From Superior Court all the way to the New Jersey Supreme Court, Mr. Klineburger has shown great determination and integrity. I have always been impressed with Mr. Klineburger’s in depth knowledge of the law... and steadfast presence in the courtroom. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that he knows my case inside and out and he has always made me feel like a priority. I feel very fortunate to have Mr. Klineburger as my attorney. Without him I don’t believe my case would have made it this far. He is a strong asset to the Bar.

Richard successfully defended me against all erroneous and damaging charges brought forth by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His superlative trial skills are matched by his high degree of integrity and professionalism, and his dedication to me throughout such a lengthy and intimidating legal proce...sses provided me with much needed calm and confidence. During my time of greatest need, I was very fortunate to have someone as proficient as Richard by my side.
