About Francis
Biography
Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was an emergency medical technician, firefighter and then bacame a police officer for 16 years in Chester County, Pa. This prior occupation has helped immensley building my criminal defense practice and personal injury cases. I understand both sides of my criminal cases, from the police perspective as well as the defense attorney perspective. I have training in advanced automobile accident investigations. I utilize this training and experience while representing clients involved in accidents.

Really knows what he is talking about. Gets the best result possible. Has a great relationship with the courts and police to get you the best outcome. Would not go to anyone else

Background in law enforcement makes him extremely effective
His prior work as a police officer makes him very effective in defending someone when they been arrested. Whether it is a DUI or serious motor vehicle accident case, Attorney Miller is the one to call.

Didn’t even try
Was in jail, came and told me $5000.00 retailer. Gave him the retainer, he didn’t do anything whatsoever until 5 mins before the preliminary hearing, which went horrible. Then again did nothing except tell me the states offer and that if I plead not guilty, he would charge me $15000.00 to “defend” me...
