OUTCOME: Charges withdrawn

Client arrested for possession of controlled substance after police entered a hotel room he was occupying. I filed a suppression motion to suppress all of the evidence claiming that the search was ille ... gal as it was not conducted with a search warrant. The Court agreed with the suppression motion and the drug evidence was excluded. Therefore, based on the Commonwealth having no evidence the prosecution of my client was dropped.
