Daniel Hollander is an experienced litigator who, as a prosecutor, handled cases ranging in severity from Driving under the Influence and Theft to Burglary, Assault, White Collar, and Homicide. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, he represented clients at a non-profit legal aide clinic in landlord/tenant, custody, and divorce proceedings. Daniel began his career working in the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office before relocating to West Chester to accept a position in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, Daniel developed into a seasoned and trusted attorney assigned to some of the most high-profile cases.
Daniel graduated from The George Washington University with Honors and The Catholic University School of Law. While in Washington, D.C., Daniel earned numerous awards at mock trial competitions throughout the country. Daniel also was honored to serve as a clerk for the Honorable William Sharkey at the Office of Administrative Hearings. Subsequent to that appointment, he was one of the few in the country selected to clerk for the United States Department of Justice Civil Appellate Unit.
Daniel has recently served as a member of the Wyoming Seminary Selector’s Committee and the West Chester Strategic Police Task Force. He also has previously taught high school mock trial and served as guest lecturer for the Delaware County Community College criminal law class.

Dan Hollander was kind, listened with sincerity, took everything I had to in my hands as proof of innocence and ended a noose that could have hung me under false allegations. I am grateful to him for his service of legal representation.

Daniel was very helpful and informative from the first time we met. He was clear about every step of the process and what actions I needed to take to make my experience easier. A wonderful, easy lawyer to work with. He was very reassuring and easy to talk to, as not all lawyers are.

"I endorse Daniel. He is a fantastic trial attorney who cares about his clients and their legal issues."
"Daniel is a skilled attorney and, more importantly, a skilled listener. I think this latter quality is what makes him so effective at representing his clients, and it's what makes him easy to work with on cases. He doesn't see clients as just files on his desk. They matter to him, and I think that is reflected in the high quality of his work."
