Had an unfortunate experience working with this firm to appeal property taxes. I reached out to them after receiving a mailer regarding property tax reduction. After signing up, they asked for $50 to submit an appeal. A few months later they asked for an additional $250 for an appraisal which I sent ...with no hesitation. Some weeks after the appeal date I called to get an update and was informed that it was "canceled" by the appraiser. I probably should have asked more questions like, why was it canceled? or why didn't anyone perform an appraisal on my home? Overall it was a disappointing experience. Fortunately, I was able to complete the process on my own.
