Biography
I am an attorney with over ten years of experience representing clients in various forms of litigation. I speak Spanish and Russian, and I have assisted hundreds of clients with their immigration cases. I am able to handle all immigration matters.
A large part of my practice is representing individuals in removal proceedings in immigration court and presenting their defenses to deportation. I meet with my client, discuss their individual history, and prepare any defenses. Defenses to deportation may be cancellation of removal, asylum, protection under the Convention Against Torture, family based adjustment, U-visas, or a number of other specific defenses. I have litigated cases in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Newark, New Jersey; Baltimore, Maryland, York, Pennsylvania; Arlington, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia; and, Dallas, Texas.
Additionally, I can assist families and individuals with all USCIS and Department of State processes. USCIS petitions include all family based petitions, employment based petitions, waivers and U-visas. Moreover, I can assist with consular processing and visitor visas through the Department of State.
