Jessica Consuela Mann

I hired Mz. Mann to represent me against my lying ex-wife and brainwashed daughter. Over the years they (lying ex-wife and brainwashed daughter) have concocted story upon lie, to have me detained and incarcerated, in their efforts to get money. They said that they wanted to turn a new leaf and start ...afresh. But when I refused to leave my wife and reunite with them, family court and child-support notices started to stream into the mail slot. I hired Mz. Mann to represent me in court. However, on the morning of the trial, Mz. Mann arrived late, forcing the trial to be conducted in the afternoon. She then consulted with my opponents for a longer duration of time than she ever spoke with me. When the trial started Mz. Mann represented my opponents and threw me under the bus. She took my money and stabbed me in the back (with a smile) She is not to be trusted if you are a man and your adversaries females.

When I was first arrested I didn’t know what the future would hold for me. I was extremely depressed and uncertain about how my pending case would end. All of that changed when I first spoke with Ms. Mann. She gave me a brighter outlook on my case and my future. Every time we spoke about my case she ...was open, honest, and insightful. When it was time for my trial, I had no doubt in my mind that she was going to fight hard for me and that she did. When I was found not guilty, she proudly walked me out of court with my head held high. I am forever grateful and appreciative of her and her expertise. She is a beast in the court room and I would recommend her to everyone around me. If you are looking for a lawyer that will treat you better than just “another client” she is the woman to call. I am in disagreement with the reviews that are saying negative things about Ms. Jessica because she was truly a blessing for me and my family. We could not afford a lawyer and this nice black judge called her in and asked her to represent my son. The case did not go forward on that day because she wa...s new to the case, but she explained to us what was going on. She even did a motion to change his bail so we were able to pick him up that night. Fast forward two months passed because the case was continued for a number of reasons (officer was sick, Ms. Jessica was on trial (I watched that trial and she was great so I was very confident with her representing my son) but she responded to each of my text messages or directed me to her assistant Libby if it was something that the assistant could handle. Now my son had his preliminary hearing today and he was charged with some nasty offenses, and Ms. Jessica showed up as promised and showed out. My son is now home with no charges and ready to start his life over without this cloud hanging over him. We did not pay her a dime and she gave my son back his entire future. Plus she is not a public defender she is a private attorney who works with the courts to represent people like my son. People do not listen to these anonymous reviewers who fail to put a name to their reviews. It is sad and I do not believe it. As a mother I was a straight pest to Ms. Jessica calling her several times a week and sending hundreds of text messages and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Yes, she would text back "in court" or "call my office for immediate assistance" but that was still a response. Her staff is very knowledgeable about what is going on and can address most common issues, like the concern of a worried mother. Ms. Jessica is a young black female attorney running in a male dominated world. She will forever be my attorney and if any of my friends or loved ones need an attorney, I am going to make sure that they call her. Thank you Jessica, Love Mrs. Lopez

Jessica is truly God sent! Although some of the allegations my daughter's father made were horrible, she never seemed to disbelieve me. She asked me to explain to her the events that lead to the allegations so that we could come up with a game plan.She listens without judgment and really cares abo...ut you and your case. She asked me to trust her and that she would fight for me to keep my daugther. Jessica made sure the judge saw straight through his BS and the judge allowed my daugther to stay with me. I have Jessica on speed dial for anything that ever happens going forward because I know she got me.
