Jessica Consuela Mann

I was represented by Jessica Mann for a firearm case. She wasn't my court appointed attorney at the initiation of the case which took almost 3 years to be resolved. I had a motion to suppress granted in my favor early in my case but the commonwealth appealed. During that appeal process is when the ...court conveniently "dropped the ball" and didn't properly appoint me adequate counsel.
