I’m a trial attorney representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a focus on high-stakes criminal defense, including federal charges and serious felony matters. My approach is simple: be prepared, be honest, and treat clients with the respect they deserve—no matter what they’re facing.
Clients who work with me can expect clear communication, realistic expectations, and legal strategies grounded in facts—not fear, fluff, or guesswork. I don’t just tell people what they want to hear. I tell them what they need to hear so we can build trust and move forward as a team.
Every case I take is approached with care, discretion, and an aggressive commitment to protecting my clients’ rights. Whether we’re fighting in court or negotiating a resolution, my job is to make sure your voice is heard—and your future defended.

Can’t win for losing.
Been trying to get in contact with Ms.Man is very unlikely. The receptionist says she’s always out and unable to talk. Recently a relative was convicted and wanted to come to his sentencing date. The first time he was suppose to be sentenced, the date was moved. The 2nd date of sentencing was at 9am....
I’m sorry to hear that this experience has caused frustration. I understand how emotional and stressful court proceedings can be for families, especially when communication feels unclear or when plans unexpectedly change. That said, I need to correct several inaccuracies in this review. The first sentencing date was postponed at the request of the client’s authorized family contact to accommodate a personal matter. The second date was rescheduled by the Court due to the Judge having a personal matter to attend. That change—made at the last minute—moved the hearing to a later time, and although I was fully prepared at 9 AM, by 2:00 PM, I was no longer able to accommodate that time. I’ve maintained consistent communication with the client and with the specific individual he authorized me to speak with. As an attorney, I’m bound by rules of confidentiality and cannot discuss case details with anyone else unless explicitly permitted. That’s not a lack of communication—it’s a legal and ethical obligation. Significant work has gone into this case, including trial representation and the preparation of a detailed mitigation package submitted to the Court. Family members who were actively involved and present during proceedings can attest to the time and effort put forth on the client’s behalf. If the person who left this review has concerns, I encourage them to connect directly with the client or the new attorney you have hired to handle the appeal in this case. My priority has always been competent and ethical representation—and that remains true whether or not I continue with a case.

Et tu Brute?
I hired Mz. Mann to represent me against my lying ex-wife and brainwashed daughter. Over the years they (lying ex-wife and brainwashed daughter) have concocted story upon lie, to have me detained and incarcerated, in their efforts to get money. They said that they wanted to turn a new leaf and start ...

Not so good as a public defender
My fiancé had an issue with her corrsponding at first, and I explained how Philadelphia is over capacity with court cases, so she’s probably busy give her a chance, i spoke with Ms. Man a few times and she explained the situation and what the next steps were, she was to file a petition that was due 6...
Yet another reviewer hiding behind their anonymity. Unfortunately for you, Saneycka D., I don’t have issues like these with my clients, so you are quite easy to identify. My question is: why would you choose to remain anonymous if you felt that the issues you had with my office were truly legitimate? To clarify this review came after your rudeness and poor behavior resulted in a prohibition against you calling my office or speaking to my staff. This reviewer made seemingly no effort to understand the PCRA process, and her many misconceptions regarding my representation stem largely from ignorance. She never received any misleading information from my office, nor was she lied to; because she could easily have accessed information on her fiance’s PCRA from her home computer via the Court’s online docketing system. My staff had no incentive to deceive her. Saneycka, no one from my office ever told you that your fiance’s petition had already been filed. The petition was sent to MY CLIENT as soon as I filed it. I fulfilled every obligation I held as your fiance’s lawyer, because I am committed to providing exceptional representation to every client, regardless of who pays their bill.

Despite leaving your review anonymously ANITA we will address your blatant lies head on. The reviewer retained attorney Jessica Mann, Esquire, for a specific case in a specific county. Her grandmother came in to make a payment, after we refused to accept payment from this reviewer because the card presented was not in her name. Several weeks later— well after Ms. Mann had begun preparations for the reviewer’s case—the reviewer called the firm’s office, furious, to inquire as to why Ms. Mann was not present at her hearing on another matter in another county. This hearing concerned legal issues entirely separate from those she and Ms. Mann addressed during the consultation that led to Ms. Mann’s retention. After being informed that Ms. Mann did not represent her in this matter, she demanded a refund of the money her grandmother paid towards her legal fees. Ms. Mann was amenable to issuing the requested refund because the reviewer had began to show signs of dishonesty and lack of respect for herself and others. However, upon reviewing the firm’s records, she discovered that, as a result of changes to the office’s billing cycle, the client’s card had NEVER been charged. The reviewer maintained that she had paid for Ms. Mann’s services until Ms. Mann requested that she show proof that any money was ever collected from her grandmother. The reviewer then acknowledged that no charge had ever come off her grandmother's card. This reviewer acted as if she desperately needed her refund— that she could not hire new representation without it, all the while knowing that we had NEVER received a dime from her. Put simply, the reviewer KNOWINGLY ATTEMPTED TO DECEIVE OUR FIRM FOR PERSONAL FINANCIAL BENEFIT. We sincerely hope that interested readers will discount this review. It is a pitiable and vindictive attempt to save face by an untrustworthy and disingenuous individual, and it offers no meaningful insight into our firm’s practices.
"I have witnessed this attorney advocate tirelessly on behalf of clients on countless occasions in court. She is always thoroughly prepared and genuinely cares about her clients."
"Jessica is a great lawyer. Well prepared and a dedicated fighter for justice and each client of hers."
"Jessica is not only a very special attorney she is a special person. In the court room she is always prepared, which is the highest respect any attorney can show their client. She is warm and endearing, but will never be pushed around. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a criminal or family law attorney."
