Biography

Thomas J. Petrelli, Jr. is the managing partner of Petrelli Previtera, LLC, focusing on cases of divorce and related matters, support, custody, and parental rights. Mr. Petrelli invites you to call our office and set up an initial consultation.

His goal is to help families of all shapes and sizes overcome the difficult legal matters that arise with divorce, child custody, premarital agreements, and domestic violence. Mr. Petrelli is driven by the need to let justice and integrity prevail. Whether it's the fair distribution of assets in a divorce or the legal means of protection for a victim of abuse, you can be sure that he will work tirelessly to find the right solution for the situation.

Mr. Petrelli brings a world of diverse experience to his law practice. Prior to founding Petrelli Law, P.C. and Petrelli, LLC, he worked for a large Philadelphia based firm, practicing Environmental Litigation and Insurance Law (specifically, bad faith litigation), a mid-sized New Jersey based firm focusing on Real Estate and Environmental Litigation, and worked for the Clean Air Council developing helping shape environmental policy and regulations. He has tried cases to verdict, appealed cases in State and Federal Court, and has brought many cases to conclusion through alternative forms of dispute resolution. After several years of litigation, helping people reach practical and creative solutions is a primary concern for Mr. Petrelli.

Born in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Mr. Petrelli's life journey thus far has held many twists and turns up and down the Eastern United States. Mr. Petrelli holds a Juris Doctor from the Vermont Law School an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, a Master's of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, and a BBA from attending University of Kentucky and later Temple University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, as an active member of the Family Law section, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as an active member of the Family Law section, a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as an active member of the Family Law section, in New Jersey he is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association - Family Law section, and a member of the Camden County Bar Association, and in Illinois he is an active member of the Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Associaiton Family Law Sections.

Away from the law office, you would find Mr. Petrelli is a man of adventure and enthusiasm. From the snowy peaks of Vermont to the sunny beaches of Palm Beach, FL, he can be found snowboarding/swimming/lounging whichever his mood or season.

Recommended to everyone.

My friend suffered a lot in her marriage life. And after separation, she fought a case for her child custody. She could not handle all legal processes by herself. So she met with Thomas Petrelli. Discussed her case with the lawyer. The lawyer gives the assurance to get back her child and they succeed... in this. the lawyer very professional and experienced in his work. Best law firm to call for

Atty. Petrelli and his staff was simply amazing! They helped me get through my divorce and relieved a lot of the burden from it away from me. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Professional Lawyer that you can rely on

I was referred to Regina by a friend when I needed help with an on-going divorce and child custody problem. She was professional, prepared, and thorough. Reliable Lawyer

The best Attorney

It was not an easy thing to undergo a Divorce because there are a lot of factors to consider. My children was one of the big factors but they understand because they are in the right age.
