I was lucky enough to obtain Mr. Scott Cohen as my attorney regarding a custody issue I was having. This was a very difficult time for me both emotionally and financially. Mr. Cohen worked with me and treated me like a human, not a paycheck. There was never a time a call went unreturned or an email u...nanswered, and believe me, there were many. Being involved in any legal situation that focuses on your children comes with anxieties and stresses that are exhausting. Mr. Cohen was beyond patient with me and he showed genuine care and concern regarding my case. I truly believe that level of service does not come often enough these days. I was being in a bad situation with my daughter's father, the things escalated to a point that he restrain my daughter from me and he didn't let me see her just the days that he wanted, then at the court Scott did everything he had on hands to get the fair agreement that I wanted since the beginning ...which was shared physical and legal custody, what he did for me means everything!!!!!!

Scott A. Cohen has been so caring and compassionate, a great listener and patient. He listened to what I wanted and what will work out best for me. I hired Scott Cohen twice, yes I said twice, Both times were great second time my girls dad was being difficult, but even then he still helped me get wha...t i wanted, due to girls father being difficult now it's the next step so with that being said that will be a third time. Any way, He was always available answer any question, reassured me if I don't feel comfortable with something then I do not have to agree with it. Before I hired Scott i read his background I read his reviews. He helped so many people. First time I hired Scott I was nervous in general for court he helped calm my nerves and made sure he helped me get what i wanted and was best for my girls. We had a consultation and just by Scott taking his time to see what was going on and what i wanted to do about my situation that was it he became my lawyer for the case. Another thing that was so great about Scott Cohen, he is reasonable with the payments plans he works with you, he will walk you through the process he's there with you from start to finish he won't let you down until you're satisfied. When you know what you want, you tell him he will work until you get what you want.

I will say he's very observant . He prepares you before the court . If your upfront and honest with him , knowing what you want you can get great results . My case was very emotional for me and my family , but with Mr. Cohen's calm demeanor it help me stay focused on what's important and what's not s...o the judge can hear my case . Take his advice and know what's in your best interest as a family and it will be successful.
