Rand Spear did the IMPOSSIBLE. Everyone at that firm is amazing, the receptionist, Ruth is a sweetheart who always ensures you speak with a real human, not a machine. Tyler is a magician who got me my check one day after settlement. I had an experience with Alan Rothenberg. It was nowhere. near. as g...ood as my experience with Rand. Rand did the impossible with my case, now I am off to take a long overseas vacation. Don't go anywhere else. Rand always said to me "David, if you have any problems, see me personally." He always invited me to sit with him in person, not just one of his lawyers. Great guy.

First and foremost Rand and his team waisted no time coming to visit moments after my accident and got right to work. Second , whenever I called to the office I was always serviced and pleased with help with any questions I needed. I'm writing this review because the service I received from rand Spear's office was less than satisfactory. I never felt like a client, more like a nuisance. No one ever had any information regarding my case or just choose not to disclose it . Never once actually spoken to an attorney during the long... drawn out process. They just gave me the run around up until the second I had to go down in person and beg for them to release my settlement check.

Everything was fine until I settled. The check is cleared however whenever I call there is no person I can speak with in reference to my check. The settlement coordinator is very busy and can't return any of my 30 something messages. All I want is my money so that I can be done with this. Please rele...ase my funds immediately.
