Faye Riva Cohen, Esquire has a wealth of extensive experience in numerous areas of the law, including, but not limited to, employment/labor law, civil rights, disability/Social Security, family law, personal injury, debt collection, estate litigation and real estate. Ms. Cohen's experience as a business owner and employer give her a well-rounded perspective often lacking in a traditional lawyer. Furthermore, her compassion for her clients makes her a strong advocate for their rights. She has not hesitated to confront, oppose, negotiate, and if necessary, litigate with major opponents. In a decision in a civil rights case a Federal Court Judge stated that "Ms. Cohen has demonstrated significant legal experience both in and out of the civil rights field. In this case, she has achieved a near remarkable result."

She is rude, and so is her staff. They take your money and do as little to nothing as they possibly can, giving you the run around while your case lingers and falls through the cracks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this firm!!

"I worked for Attorney Cohen when I first started practicing law. She introduced and taught me about Social Security Disability and other areas of law with great knowledge and guidance. She is a strong advocate for her clients. She also is very involved in the legal community and shares her vast experience with others through speaking engagements and committee memberships. I endorse Attorney Cohen."
"My law firm has had a working relationship with Faye for many years. Faye is an excellent attorney with a sharp mind, good communication skills and is well-regarded among her peers in the legal community. She is responsive to the clients we recommend to her. I highly recommend Faye."
