Breach of contract
Mr. Arner breached his firms contract where he was employed by offering me just $500 of $6000 that was offered to me, the contract was 66% for me , I reported him to the bar in hopes that he would be barred from practicing but I waited too long no disciplinary action was taken.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ATTORNEY'S HANDLING OF MY PERSONAL INJURY CASE
MY case was not moving along as I thought it should. Always "unavailable" when I called. Not good at returning calls. After a year of this, I discharged him as my attorney.
